Tragic reports are speaking about a horrifying incident involving an air ambulance crashing into a hospital.
The accident resulted in four people getting killed on the spot while many more were declared injured.
More details regarding the incident spoke about how the air ambulance crashed moments after it took off. It was hovering in heavy fog towards the southwest of Turkey before it went plunging downwards on the side of the building.
The helicopter took off despite facing poor visibility conditions from the hospital’s rooftop in the city of Mugla.
This chopper was all set to fly to the Turkish city of Antalya as witnessed in the pictures broadcasted by NTV television channel.
It showed the exact moment that the helicopter started to make its way but due to heavy fog, it started to drift in several different directions, minutes after lift-off.
It then crashed into a giant empty field next to the hospital that it struck, as confirmed by Turkish media reports.
The helicopter collided with a giant building before it rapidly fell down to the ground, smashing into so many pieces upon its devastating impact.
Harrowing images then emerged from the hospital where the building’s panels were torn apart while the helicopter’s wreckage lay around. No other details were shared from Turkish media outlets.
